You can delete your Strong and mobile account and all of its data at any time.
In the app

- 3Confirm
Your account and everything saved with it online are deleted right away, and the app on your phone is cleared.
Without the app
Email support@strongandmobile.co from the address you sign in with, with the subject “Delete my account”. If you sign in with Apple and use Apple's private relay address, tell us the email that relay forwards to and the approximate date you signed up, so we can find your account.
We delete your account and its data within 30 days and confirm by email.
What is deleted
Everything linked to your account: your profile and settings, your answers and choices, every logged session and check-in, and the feedback you sent. Copies in our backups are removed within [BACKUP DAYS] days. Crash reports and anonymous usage events don't contain your name or email; they expire on their own (see the Privacy Policy, section 7).
What we may keep
Nothing linked to your account, except where the law requires us to keep a record (for example of a deletion request).
